I just noticed that the latest version of JBoss, version 7 Alpha 1, is having a new set of folders and files.
These screenshots that I made show some of the changes :
So the command run.bat is replaced by the command standalone.bat
JBoss 7 now includes a standalone mode and a domain mode. Just like GlassFish.
